Shivarth Infraspace
builds the layer
networks run on.
SIPL designs, builds, owns and operates towers, fibre, power and shelter infrastructure across India, and leases it to telecom operators, ISPs, MSOs, enterprises and government agencies on flexible commercial terms — so networks scale faster, with less duplicated capital and steel.
Who We Are
Shivarth Infraspace Private Limited (SIPL) is a telecom infrastructure company founded by seasoned telecom professionals with extensive, hands-on experience in IP-1 tower companies and end-to-end telecom network lifecycle projects across India. SIPL’s core focus is building, owning, and operating passive telecom infrastructure, and offering flexible leasing solutions to licensed telecom operators and other authorised entities.
India’s networks are built in two layers: a passive layer of towers, ducts, dark fibre, right-of-way and in-building infrastructure, and an active layer of spectrum-based services that licensed operators run over it. SIPL operates squarely in the first layer. By sharing one physical footprint across multiple tenants — rather than each operator building its own — SIPL’s model reduces duplicate capital spend and civil work, shortens rollout timelines, and supports the infrastructure-sharing approach that India’s telecom policy has actively encouraged for over a decade.
To be a trusted national partner in building resilient, scalable, and future-ready passive telecom infrastructure that accelerates digital connectivity across India.
To design, build, own, and operate high-quality passive telecom assets, and to deliver tailored infrastructure leasing solutions that let telecom operators expand coverage, improve service quality, and deploy next-generation technologies efficiently.
Licensed to Build the Passive Layer
SIPL holds an IP-1 Infrastructure Provider registration issued by the Government of India, authorising ownership and operation of passive telecom infrastructure and the provision of infrastructure services to licensed telecom entities. Under India’s evolving telecom authorisation framework, the “Infrastructure Provider” category covers the passive layer specifically — towers, ducts, dark fibre, right-of-way, and in-building solution infrastructure — while running live telecom services over that infrastructure remains the responsibility of separately authorised telecom service providers. That separation is the foundation of SIPL’s business: SIPL builds and owns the physical layer; its operator customers light it up.
Right-of-way execution is one of the most consequential variables in a passive-infrastructure timeline — industry estimates suggest only a minority of states have fully aligned local RoW policy with the national RoW rules. SIPL’s permissions and civil-works experience is built around navigating exactly this variability, circle by circle and local authority by local authority.

Who We Build For
Mobile Network Operators
Licensed telecom operators seeking passive infrastructure and colocation to expand coverage and capacity.
ISPs, MSOs & Broadband Providers
Internet service providers and cable operators requiring fibre and tower access to extend networks.
Enterprises & Government Agencies
Public sector bodies and large enterprises needing dedicated private network infrastructure.
New Market Entrants & MVNOs
Organisations entering the Indian telecom market without existing tower or fibre assets.
Manufacturing, Ports & Logistics
Industrial campuses adopting private wireless networks for automation and safety.
Highways, Railways & Public Corridors
Linear infrastructure projects needing right-of-way-based connectivity at scale.
Tower and fibre links connecting regional data centres and edge nodes back to the core network for lower-latency content and compute.
Resilient shelters, backup power and rapid-deployment-ready sites that keep networks live through outages and emergencies.
Urban densification formats — rooftop micro-sites, street furniture, and in-building solutions — for high-footfall indoor and dense-urban coverage.
Passive connectivity supporting smart-grid and remote-asset telemetry for power and utility operators.
Host a Site, Partner With SIPL
Every tower SIPL builds starts with a landowner or property partner. If you own land, a rooftop, or open ground suited to a telecom site, SIPL structures the agreement, the build and the ongoing relationship transparently, for the life of the lease.
- A written, transparent lease agreement — no verbal promises, no informal collection of money at any stage.
- Structural and civil work executed to engineering standard, with safety and access managed by SIPL’s site teams.
- A single point of contact for the life of the site — for maintenance access, renewals, or questions.
- Documentation aligned to DoT and local-authority rules, so the agreement stands up to scrutiny.
Fraudulent “tower installation” schemes that impersonate real infrastructure companies and demand upfront registration or security fees from landowners are a well-documented problem in India. SIPL never asks a landowner for payment to “register” a site or “process” an agreement — verify any SIPL representative or offer through our registered contact details before signing anything or making a payment.
Site Assessment
Our team evaluates your land or rooftop for structural, RF and access suitability.
Agreement & Approvals
A transparent lease is signed and local permissions are secured before any construction begins.
Build & Ongoing Lease
SIPL builds, maintains and pays rent for the site through the lease term, with one point of contact throughout.
